Well, I hate for the first City Search review to be so negative, but I feel I have no choice. I need to vent. It's therapeutic. Firstly, I should say that the sales staff was very helpful and well trained. And the product appeared to be well made. But the management and customer service staff are truly the worse crew I?ve ever dealt with in a retail transaction. They were rude to my wife and I on more than one occasion, and seem to have forgotten that customers are important. So if you buy something, make sure you don?t need to change a delivery date or make any other special requests. Because at Rooms To Go, their rules are fixed, and their arrogance supreme. You should feel lucky if they decide to sell their product to you. I?ll never shop there again, and I?ll yodel it from the mountaintops for everyone to hear.
Pros: Helpful and knowledgable staff.
Cons: Poor management and customer service values
