The warranty on my parents large flat screen plasma t.v. Said that after 3 times trying to repair the t.v.they would replace it. Well its been repaired 5 times and still does not have a picture that you can see. They notified the appropiate people and have been getting the run around ever since. They mailed copies of all the work orders that they asked for and are still getting the run around. Best Buy decided not to replace the t.v. as in the warranty. They sent out a repair company to fix it again. The repair co. refused to remove and reinstall the t.v.. They expect my parents who are in their 70's to lift it off. Wow this is some warranty.
