We had a problem with our old washer & dryer and thought the appliance repair would never be able to find parts. They were very honest with us and told us the washer would cost more to repair it than it was worth. They searched high and low and finally came up with parts for the dryer. We had called dozens of places and they couldn't locate parts, but Doc's did, and we were grateful for that. Their charges I think were fair, and they didn't even complain that we had to reschedule the repair a couple of times because of family problems. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to all. Five stars!
