We took my 2000 Dodge durango in last week because it wouldn't start. They decided that the starter was completely shot, and needed to be replaced immediately. It was going to be about $500 to fix with parts and labor, which we couldn't afford at the time. So we had it towed home. Got in to put it in neutral and push it into the driveway, and it started right up. Not certain if they just didn't really check it out and assumed, or what, but we haven't had a problem since.
