I first had to use them when I had a pipe burst in my basement. They came out really quickly and dried and cleaned the carpet. The guys were super friendly and real pleasant. They even tolerated my 2 year old trying to help. \r
I have since used them to clean the rest of my house and will definately use them again and again.
