My wife and I were introduced to Grecco's by Troy Chamberlin at the Chateau St. Croix winery. What a find. Chef Justin was as impressive in his delivery and attention to detail as you would find at any five star restaurant. We had the six course tasting menu with the wine pairing and found the diner to be well paired with the wines, and as creative as we've ever had. We felt like the cuisine we enjoyed at Grecco's was of similar caliber as Chef Tim Mckee of La Belle Vie and Solera in minneapolis. This is a place we will visit whenever we are in the area.
