What happened to customer service??? Not good anymore for appliance delive 11/19/2008

Used to be great, but lately they rarely seem to have staff available to check out. Sometimes I do like to use the self-checkout but it's maddening to use when there are multiple items. \r \r It also took 3 visits to install a microwave last time. I will not buy any more appliances from them. Long story but beware the incompetent delivery installers. In store staff are ok so I don't get why they don't keep the front staffed. I've been going less, despite prices, because of that. more
