I'm not sure whether to recommend these guys or recommend that everyone steer clear of them. If I had to pick one, I'd go with the former (recommend them). The girls up front are super nice. We took our dog there about 4 times and she seemed to love it the first time or two but the third time she went she came home with a rash, and the last time she came home with bug bites on her and her demeanor was really guarded. In all fairness to these people, my dog is a bit neurotic. One thing I didn't like (which might be a big plus for some) is that the kennel goes straight to outside air, which makes for a bloody hot kennel in the summer. And dear lord, is it deafening in there! The owner (female) as well as some of the others at the front were extremely nice and treated my baby with kindness. I could tell this for sure...but I suspect her care there wasn't consistent. I just didn't want to risk it, so I started taking her to her vet, who she loves! So, I'd say definitely try these guys unle
