Ok so my mom and I went to buy a living room set, we bought it, we were satisfied with the price and the furniture, but when delivery time came also came hell...the guys who came deliver the furniture supposedly couldn't get it pass the door! this is ridiculous since they had already passed one door that was the same size. they just barely placed it over the second door and told us it just wouldn't fit. When i asked him if atleast they could try a different way he just stared at me with this blank look. So he told my mom to just cancel the sale with them and she would get the money back.So he called costumer service and passed the phone to me the representative told me to hold on and transferred the call to another person, so i explained to the other person the situation and they placed me on hold again! and then proceeded to transfer the call again! for the 2nd time! so this person placed me on hold AGAIN with the annoying lil elevator music until the music stopped GUESS WHAT???They h
