I am surprised to see Awaye reply on their own review board. One would think they really care about their image and how they are received, but their lack integrity, failure to return calls and poor service says otherwise. I was cheated by Awaye out of a $500 dollar processing fee, not $50. That money was taken from me with no letter of denial, no board meeting, there wasn't anything from Awaye. I had to call my lawyer to find out that the property had not been sold to me. More importantly, I was cheated out of the opportunity to buy my first property. I was in the process of purchasing a 75k Co-op in the Bronx. A 75k in the Bronx is more than possible. Its really is a sad story, I am just an young honest man trying to better myself by buying a property to only be cheated by a company such as Awaye. There is not an inkling of integrity in this company. My story is real. I worked with Carrie Jackson at Awaye and everyone I've dealt with at Awaye is the same. Just terrible. I thought the world was filled with more decent people. I have documents, emails, the bank offer, and the building information -- all with Awaye's name on it. If anyone would like a real review of the company feel free to contact me at jsroc2k_2000 on yahoo. I will be happy to share my insights with anyone. Hopefully I can prevent the disaster that had occurred to me to happen to anyone else Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
