I switched to Waste Management over 6 years ago and it has been a love hate relationship ever since. Two weeks ago I underpaid my bill by $12 and they stopped service. When I called about this, all the girl could do is tell me how they are not a small company, the diesel fuel has not went down in price, its the computer's fault, the excuses were plenty but the trying to solve the problem was not at the top of her list. She gave me a good run around and I let her know I didn't need her service. The reason for the underpayment was because the bill is never the same. They charge me more each month, they say because of the gas prices. I think I will go with a local company who needs customers. Cons: Company is to large to care. more
