Within the past year, I've gained 40 lbs. I didn't exerise and was eating fast food two times a day. I finally decided to take control of my weight and health. Joining Get In Shape bootcamp was an easy decision for me to make. I'm the type of person who needs to be pushed and motivated and thats definitely what they did.
