OMG!!!!!!! I LOVE IT! This bootcamp is the best. I have tried so many programs trying to lose weight. Get in shape bootcamp was the only program that worked for me. My body fat drop 10% within the first 4wks. I have been ENCOURAGED to eat properly. :-) The trainers are so positive and encouraging that I was able to push my way through my first month. After I saw how great my result were, there was no stopping me. The exercises are challenging in all the good ways. I am now addicted to bootcamp and I highly recommend it for anyone.
Pros: You get in shape while having fun. Your health is so important.
Cons: Not being in shape can lead to serious illnesses.
