The absolute WORST haircut I have ever gotten! I went in on 2/9/08 thinking this was a hip, trendy place and they would do a good job. WRONG!!! I left disappointed but thought I would give it a few days to get used to it. After a few days I figured out it was a bad haircut and there was going to be no getting used to it. I called back on 2/15/08 and asked if they could fix it. They had no open slots to fit me in so it was a big, fat NO! I walked into The Wave Length (which I HIGHLY recommend - 337-4173 - it is just a few doors down from Groovy Katz and they are very professional, not professional wanna be's) hoping that they could help me. They got me right in and were shocked at the ""cut"" I had received. There were parts that they could do nothing with because when it was razored chunks were taken out. Bottom line, Groovy Kats is not the place to go. They do not stand by their work and I had to go pay another salon to fix their mess. Like I said, go to The Wave Length - 337-4173.
