I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Miguel Polo and his crew. They were prompt, courteous and did a very thorough job. They were able to remove all the stains on my carpet and the carpets were dry when they were done as promised. The smell was a little strong but I turned on some fans, opened the windows, and the fumes went away quickly. \r
My phone quote was lower than the actual bill, but when I discussed the discrepancy with the owner he made it right by adjusting the price. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. I will be using them again and recommending them to my friends.
Pros: Dry carpets, all stains removed
Cons: a little on the expensive side, but worth it
