Carpet was cleaned in a very efficient manner with excellent explanations in how the cleaning works. I have had my carpet cleaned with water in the past and it was very nice to have dry and ready to be walked upon and used as soon as the work was done. The operators were very friendly and worked in a manner in which to get the work done. \r
