Elmer and Ramon cleaned our wool Karastan oriental rug indoors, over the hardwood floor, and were finished within an hour! No water or steam, no waiting to replace furniture, and we (and pets) could walk on it immediately. They were extremely polite and professional, and I would recommend them highly.
