Well......The guy's name that came to clean my carpets was Terry. I must say, he was only here for a short time, so I was leery if my carpet would be clean. Lo and behold!!! It was great! He did a fab job and he was so nice! It's always good to work with people like that! I highly recommend the company and if you do use them, ask for Terry! :-)
