I have lived in Oakside park for three years and find it to be a very comfortable living environment. It is not gross or disgusting! The park management doesn't allow for lots to be messy or unappealing to the eye. They are on top of landscaping and are actively involved in encouraging tenants to do the same. I live in the back of the park and I have wonderful neighboors who are quiet and respectful of each other.\r
Yes, management may be picky at times in reguards to keeping yards mowed and lots looking nice, but it is for the well being of the entire community. I feel safe walking in the evening in this neighboorhood and feel that Oakside is a good place to live.
