He was very prompt, had a very clean van & definitely knew what he was doing. I have a large mix-german sheperd, who is very skittish around other people and groomers. Shetook to him right away and when he returned her, her coat was shiny and she looked great and was happy. She usually doesn't let anyone trim her nails, and when she came back, her nails were nicely trimmed and filed. I've already recommended him to my friends, and they were equally happy with his work.
