Very professional from the the start when I called to schedule service.\r
I explained the problem that we were having with our washing machine and refrigerator to the lady that answered the phone.\r
She asked for the model numbers of the 2 appliances which needed to be repaired.\r
By having this information, Fernando was able to pre-diagnose what he thought the problems were and arrived with the parts in his work van the next day. It was not an emergency repair.\r
You could tell he really cared about his work, was friendly and personable...and we were not just another customer...which my husband and I found quite refreshing.\r
He even suggested a few preventative things for me to do on the washing machine to avoid any future problems.\r
His price was fair on the service.\r
We highly recommend Cornerstone and will use him in the future if we ever need appliance repair.\r
