I was introduced to Serena Med Spa through a banking relationship. Karim, the director of operations, convinced me to come and try Serena. After many years of going to other spas for all types of treatments, there is no comparison to the experience and outcome that I have had at Serena Med Spa. I initially went to Serena to begin laser hair removal. After several treatments at other spas with little results, I was very leery but decided to give laser hair removal one more chance. And with only a couple treatments I have already seen significant decrease in hair growth. The laser used at Serena Med Spa is far more superior to any others I have ever been treated with. In the past the laser used at another spa, was more painful and less effective. I have highly recommended family, friends and co-workers to visit Serena Med Spa. From the first time that I have walked into the spa, I have been so comfortable there and have been made to feel quite at home. Sonia is one of the best Aestheticians that I have ever come across. She makes you feel so comfortable and is there to answer any question you may have. In fact we are already discussing additional spa treatments for me. \r
