I used to go to this location regularly. Only once did I make the mistake of going to another location which a new stylist butchered my cut and color. After much complaining, the headquarters allowed me to go to my regular stylist (who is no longer there) to fix everything (which if I had to pay would have been $350). When my regular stylist left, we switched to another one who was equally as good. However, the prices are exorbitantly high--$55 for a man's haircut??? IT'S PITTSBURGH FOR GOD'S SAKE NOT NEW YORK. \r

What was even more disturbing to learn is that, at the time I was going there, the stylists had no health insurance plan. For as high as this salon's prices are, most had to put their kids on CHIPs. That's right, although you are paying a lot of money, the stylists see very little. This is the same situation that occurs at Wal-Mart but at least the owners have the decency to not gouge the customers.
