I bought several pieces of equipment from Stuarts. When they didn?t work they wouldn?t send someone out to fix it. Eventually, they wanted to charge me, a lot, to fix what they first installed badly and got mad at me when their stuff just didn?t work. They refused to give me my money back for useless accessories. For example, they insisted, when I bought expensive equipment, that I use items like ?power surge protectors? which they sold me. Later, I read the instructions which said ? under no conditions use power surge protectors.? In the end the only solution offered was to trade in (not return) everything I bought and buy new stuff from them at high prices. They were rude and insulting. I went elsewhere and boy am I happy I did.\r
Cons: Rude, pushy and frankly after the sale impossible to get service.
