The sofa is fine- nothing fancy but basic and what we needed. Craftmanship is OK. However, customer service was a problem. They took six weeks to deliver (when we bought it, they told us it would take 3-5 weeks and said closer to 3 weeks). Then they screwed up the delivery date and blamed it on us (even though I wrote down the date and times) and they would not make things right. Very frustrating since we had everything moved out and had taken the morning off to be there for the delivery. I'd go to Macy's next time.
