Very helpful. Nice staff. Doctor was in declining health when I visited, but nurse practitioner was available to help. Very unassuming, in small, friendly town. Close to Berea, Richmond, Lexington, as well as locations south. Plenty of parking available. No problems when I visited. Would recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.
