I have gone to this location with friends who have Verizon service and have been appalled at the lack of polite and helpful customer service. The staff members that waited on my friend were rude from the get-go, in particular a staff member who did not wear a Verizon shirt or nametag. While waiting, I also witnessed similiar bad behavior towards other customers who were having issues with their phones. Let it be said that these customers were polite and understanding about their phones, but that some of the customer service staff (I do not want to say the entire customer service staff, because one or two of them were very polite) continued to be rude towards them.
