For me it's a tossup between Vietnam Restaurant and Pho Cyclo for the best pho I've had in Seattle so far, and VR is definitely cheaper. The ambiance isn't as nice as Pho Cyclo, but that's not why you come here. The pho is consistently really good (better than Than Brothers in my opinion, which is priced about the same) and who doesn't love the cream puffs you get with your meal? I usually get my pho with brisket and flank and the meat is always nice and tender and flavorful, the broth is consistently great. Definitely recommend this place for a great, inexpensive meal.
Pros: consistently great pho, great value
Cons: service can be a bit slow
