Price is descent for the size and the backyard. Older model homes but clean. Unfortunately, this place has a serious problem. It is overran with destructive kids and the parents are nowhere in sight. We have brought the issue to the office many times, especially when one of our cars is struck by a football. I have accrued three dents on a brand new vehicle in the few months that we've been here. All of this falls on deaf ears. The managers don't seem to care if their residents property gets damaged. Also had to make several calls to the local police for noise complaints on the weekends. I'm all for having a good time, but the people here take it too far and too late and too often with no consequences. But, they are willing to work with you if you've had a previous eviction or minimal rental history.
