It was 7:30pm on a Friday (tonight, actually). My husband and I had been running errands all day and were in need of sustenance. We first thought ""Cherry Cricket"" (because of their amazing burgers, and proximity to our location) but the wait was 40 minutes. Deciding to continue to stroll down the street, we ducked in to HAPA Sushi. The wait was 45-50 minutes. Screw that. We were about to leave Cherry Creek North altogether when we saw ""NoRTH"".. and decided, ""what the hell?"" and strolled on in.
