One of the modern day most used words must be rude! Hell, I wish my family in Bed-Stuy back then actually knew how to spell the word:) I celebrated two daughters great days there: Birthday, NYU Graduation, Baruch Graduation for the other- wonderful food with generous portions, appetizers gone mad. Those of you who don't like fried can ask for broiled:) However, our culture is mixed and much of our food is fried. So remember that when you trek to Harlem and eat Sylvia's fat back induced concoctions! Hail to Sofrito's bringing P.R. Back!
