We've been to the Oregon coast a few times and understand hotels face several tough conditions when trying to provide a clean, warm, safe, functioning, etc environment for their guests so we are OK with just about anything.

Cons: dated, smells bad, traffic noise, dirty sheets, door left open, small pool
