Well I can't say anything about how well Mike and Oasis Mechanical does at work since they haven't done it. After giving us an estimate to install the heating and cooling units in our six units and after getting paid $25,000, he didn't do the work.
Cons: Took the money, didn't perform work and refuses to respond.
