I took my grandmother for new glasses. Very bad service, no privacy, we waited a long time, I think my grandmother was ripped off. She couldn't see with the glasses. I also went to talk about botox, and saw a very stern, seemed judgemental, woman. They wanted to give me an eye exam. I just wanted to ask about botox. She seemed mad. I didn't like it there at all. Unfriendly types, waited too long, waiting room doubles as exam room for the guy selling glasses/frames. I couldn't figure it out.
