Worst service, know how, and response ever 11/19/2008

Every year I have a problem with Bell Photography. Last year they lost my daughter's school photos. I thought it was just a fluke and asked for a refund. Each time I called, the girl I got said they had already sent it . . . yet I never did. Two long months later, I finally did. I got the - we already sent it, do you have proof you didn't get it . . . etc. It was really frustrating. I don't know why I thought this year would be different. This year they didn't lose the pictures, but I didn't like the way they turned out. We were still waiting for the school class photo which my daughter's teacher had said was taking longer to receive. I filled out the return instructions to the letter. I called them and I swear it's the same girl to make sure they got the photos back and when would I get the refund. She said they got it back and it would take two weeks to get the refund. Wow, I said, that long? Yeah, she responded, it takes that long to process. Same day I spoke to her I got a check for $12.50 in the mail when I paid them $20. Bet you anything they're going to say it's because it's missing the class photo they didn't have ready for us in the first place. I've just realized you're better off getting your kid's photos done at Target Portrait Studio for less money and better service. Pros: It's taken at school, the only thing that's convenient Cons: Unidentified female employee who answers phone knows nothing more
