You only have yourself to blame if you hire these unprofessional and less than trustworthy people! Please beware...they make all kinds of promises and offer a rate that is half of other estimates but you get a lot less than that when it comes to service. They showed up over 6 hours late and none of the crew spoke any English. They also brought children along with them to clean the place who proceeded to make a mess in my house. In order to communicate with the cleaning crew I needed to be an expert at charades and received no satisfaction when calling the office to voice my concerns as they (Debbie and Lovey) don't see anything wrong with this as being the service they provide. Debbie could not be less professional or more ignorant when it comes to being a business person serving a community. She and her company do not deserve to be in business. Do yourself a favor and hire someone competent if you want your house cleaned by professionals.
Pros: They were responsive to give an estimate but poor in following through on the estimate given.
Cons: Everything about them...May have to seek legal action.
