They will not stand behind their work. They overcharge. They do what they want to your car and not what you ask for. You pay for parts, they keep the parts they didn't use instead of giving them back to you. If they are not able to repair something or don't have the knowledge, they charge you for their attempt at learning so if a one hour job takes them 8 hours, they charge the 8 hours. Very friendly until there is a problem, then the customer is never right and they will tell you don't come back!
