I had my car towed from a private parking lot by these guys. I approached them completely civilly, simply asking for an explanation behind the $200 fee, and they started screaming and ranting, among other things threatening to add $50 to the bill and daring me to call my lawyer. These attacks were completely unprovoked, and at one point I was so amused by their insane overreaction that I smiled, and was then told to ""wipe that smirk off my face.""
