The online viewing service and chat ability are real unique and a tremendous resource for out of town shoppers. Since I live in Atlanta that was very very helpful. I would encourage shoppers from outside Chicago to consider this Chicago based firm even if you can't make it to Chitown to physically view there selection. On a more personal note, Shannon was very patient with me, very informative and knowledgable. I got exactly what I wanted which was a Tiffany recreation( I looked across the country for this setting) and I think I got a tremendous value on it all including some design input.
