After granting grace time and time again, we have had it with this company. We are charged extra for the recycling service AND THEY DON""T COME TO PICK IT UP! They used to come and then they stopped, so we called and told them that this was unacceptable. They starting coming again for awhile and they stopped once again. I called the company and told them if this happened again we were changing to a new company. They pick up our recyclables for awhile AND STOPPED AGAIN! They haven't been by in a month!!! Good bye Robertson! If you say you're going to provide a service THEN DO IT!!! Saying you provide this service and then not following through is lying and also stealing since you are charging extra for it. Horrible. Management should be fired.
Cons: Will not pick up recyclables. Contract is clear and easy to understand, but they don't follow it!
