part two of three parts 11/14/2008

Patrick said that he does not make mistakes and he has been doing this for over ten years. I kept my cool and asked him on the day of the wake to keep the Monday burial as we had family members who were attending Friday to Monday for the wake and the burial. He said it would be an additional fee of $800 for a witness cremation if we wanted to keep the Monday appointment. The family was not going to be present to witness the cremation as it would be too difficult to see. I contacted the funeral director at Green Street and they reduced the witness fee to $400. Anyone else would have gotten upset but I said we will pay for the fee eventhough my family will not be witnessing the cremation. more
