I used Mesquite Realty to rent my unit for about 4 years. They were always on time with my proceeds and generally did adequate maintainance on the unit.However, beginning in 2008, the business seemed to go straight downhill. The proceeds checks I received were returned for unsufficient funds, and I was promiised that the situation woujld be corrected. As of this writing, I am still out over $800 and calls and emails are no longer returned.I believe that the owners illness allowed the staff members to manipulate the business in their best interests which resulted in chaos.My advice to anyone listing or renting from Mesquite is to STAY AWAY!!
