This is my first review in citysearch. My house is old and the cast iron drainage pipe under the slab had rusted out. Radiant came in and in a highly professional manner located the problem, jackhammered through the slab and made the repairs in a minimal amount of time. When they said they would be here, they were here. What they said they were going to do got done professionally. I was very much satisfied with their work and the cost was not excessive. Radiant was the second company called in on this job . The first company spent a week and half and had not found the problem and their estimate kept going up to eventually exceed 13k dollars. I fired them and called Radiant. they completed the job in a few days and the cost was less than half of the first company's final estimate.
