I am very unhappy with Auto Masters. We have used them for years but something has changed there. It is not Jim's fault he is as pleasant as ever, however he did not stand behind them not fixing our car. I do not believe he is the owner though. We took our car in twice and paid $180 total for them to fix it, but that money did nothing to fix it and they will not stand behind it. They just told us to take it to someone else when we asked for a credit for the money we paid that was a waste for 2 repairs it did not even need because the problem was not fixed.
