The doctors and staff are fantastic with mentally challenged kids. I have an eleven year old autistic son who just doesn't understand what's going on. They communicate with him on his level, use props (i.e., music, gameboys, toys, etc.) to distract him, and have up to four staff members working on him. Amazingly, they can get him in and out within minutes.
