I'm glad to see all the bad reviews and to know that people felt the same way I did when going into this horrific salon!! The service is absolutely atrocious, the employees were somewhat accomodating, and the facial I got was the worst! It was the most unrelaxing experience I have ever had and the worst part is, SPAS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE VERY RELAXING!! It's really really sad to me that this salon couldn't care less about their customers and how they are being treated. This is by far the worst salon AND worst run business I have ever seen. The manager is a total jack*** and I don't see how he even considers himself a "manager" because he doesn't do anything to assist customers and he couldn't care less about thier experience. This salon is truly a joke, and I would advise everyone to save their money, I really don't see how this salon stays in business..
