We booked a room at the Hampton Inn and they said we would definitely be able to check in early the next day. Once we arrived they said we could not check in, after driving for 10 hours we needed our sleep. Needless to say we found another place to stay. After leaving countless messages for the manager I never received a call back for disputing the charges. I will never go back to this Hampton Inn. The employees were not helpful or knowledgeable about their check in policies.
