Don't get some of the reviews...? There is a parking lot behind the building and the food is anything but bland! Guess if you order a cheese quesadilla with refried beans it might be bland. This place has some of the best salsa around, waitresses are friendly and you can't find a stronger margarita if you tried. The house ones might not be great ""quality"" but they are great ""quantity"". Huge tequilla list if you want a better brand for a couple bucks more. I eat here at least twice a week and its always good. Definately not ""authentic taco cart mexican"" but then again, it doesn't claim to be. Great and affordable...in NW Portland - go figure.
