The office seems to set up road blocks making it difficult to share medical information on pets between veterinary clinics. This results in duplication of vaccinations and tests that weren't needed. Luckily my pets weren't in an emergency situation. Dr. Airhart could have obtained my written permission when I completed my initial paperwork to release medical records to other veterinary clinics when requested as they do in the human field.
