Pets Unlimited is indeed the best pet store I have ever visited. Right as you walk in the door, there are employees there to greet you and assist you with any help you may need. ALL of the animals are very well taken care of. They always have fresh food and water at all times and their "living enviornments" are always clean and presentable. I strongly disagree with the review about the owner being rude and unreasonable to any of his customer...I do believe that its unreasonable to think that you should be able to return an animal! Its not a shirt or a pair of shoes...its a living thing! I've been in that store MANY times and the owner, Charles, along with the manager, Ed are very helpful people and are very loyal, hard working men. I will continue to shop at Pets Unlimited and it will continue to be my "one stop pet shop."
